The Cause of Hair Loss or Hair Graying
In traditional Chinese Medicine, it is believed that healthy hair nourishes on the abundant flow of Qi and Blood. The deficiency of Qi or Blood to the scalp and hair roots will cause the hair loss and greying. One of reasons for deficiency of Qi and Blood is due to the deficiency of liver and kidney.
Fo-Ti Root (Polygonum multiflorum, Fleece Flower Root)

How to Prepare a Good Cup of tea
First pour small amount of boil water over cup to warm the cup
Add 1 tea bag to the cup
Pour boiling water over the tea bag and infuse for 5 min. The longer you steep, the stronger you get.
For iced tea, use 2~3 tea bags to brew a strong cup and tea and then pour over ice.
