Fo-Ti Root (Polygonum multiflorum, Fleece Flower Root)
Known in China as Ho-Shou-Wu or He Shou Wu. (Direct translation: “His Head Full with Black Hairs” :)). Fo-Ti is considered as one of China’s four great herbs, Fo Ti is often used on an alternating basis with Ginseng.

How to Prepare a Good Cup of tea

First pour small amount of boil water over cup to warm the cup
Add 1 tea bag to the cup
Pour boiling water over the tea bag and infuse for 5 min. The longer you steep, the stronger you get.
For iced tea, use 2~3 tea bags to brew a strong cup and tea and then pour over ice.
