Miyasaka Shiro Instant Miso Soup

Miyasaka Shiro Instant Miso Soup

First of all. We are carrying three types of Miyasaka GMO free miso soup sampler packs. All three have very similar or the same dried ingredients. The main difference among the three lies in the miso sauce packet. The yellow pack has AKA red Miso, which has the strongest Miso flavor. The green pack has Shiro White Miso, which has the lightest miso flavor. The miso flavor for Blue pack is milder, between Aka Red Miso and Shiro White Miso. It is the low sodium Miso Soup.

Miyasaka GMO Free Low Sodium Miso Soup

Miyasaka GMO Free Low Sodium Miso Soup

The low sodium miso  has 30% less salt than most of the instant miso soups on the market. So this low sodium miso soup is the best for those who need to avoid high Sodium (Na) contents (such as those with heart, kidney problem etc).

Here is what inside a bag of Miyasaka low salt miso sampler. The other two are basically the same, except the wakame miso with spring onion in low salt soup pack was replaced by wakame with two types of tofu miso (i.e. 3 servings miso soup is different in low salt miso pack).

I do wish that we have also English name on the inside package. However, these Instant Miso soups are imported directly from Japan and were the same packages as those sold in Japan. The color on inner package might not be exactly the same as outside color. However, you could easily compare the writing on the inner package with those on the outside picture to figure out who is who. A little bit thinking, is it? Just pretend that you are playing a puzzle game before dinner…
